The Rockwall School of Music is the only school of music in Rockwall County. Our 17 instructors provide over 20 types of private and small group music lessons for more than 280 children, teens and adults.  Our most requested lessons are in piano and guitar. However, drums, voice, violin, viola, and cello, bass and saxophone lessons are also in high demand. Toddlers and preschoolers are invited to participate in our Kindermusik program which provides an interactive, age appropriate, music education program for newborns through 4 years old. For details about which type of lesson might fit your specific need, please call our office at 972-722-6874. When placing this call we can also schedule a time for you and any other family member(s) who would like to be part of the decision making process to meet with the school’s director, Russ Porter, for a tour of our 11 studio facility. During this time you will capture the excitement of knowing that your dream is within your grasp. The faculty and staff at the Rockwall School of Music promises to stand beside you helping to make your dream a reality!

Music lessons are provided from
1:30 – 8:00 PM Monday – Thursday and 1:30 – 6:00 PM Friday.

We absolutely LOVE school of music. My daughter asked to take piano lesson at the age of 5 and this was definitely our perfect match. The teachers and so kind, patient and knowledgeable. They make the music learning process such a fun experience! Also I can’t say enough amazing things about the ladies in the front office.
