Thanksgiving Basket Food Drive for Helping Hands Charity

Join us in supporting local residents in need this holiday season by dropping off the following items at the Rockwall School of Music before November 16th.

Donations will be delivered to Rockwall’s Helping Hands Food Pantry.

Items Needed by Helping Hands for Thanksgiving Food Baskets:

Turkeys
Hams
Dressing / stuffing mix
Boxed instant potatoes
Canned cranberry sauce
Canned pumpkin
Canned yams / canned sweet potatoes
Canned fruit
Fresh fruit
Soup: cream of mushroom or cream of chicken
Rice
Cooking oil
Flour
Sugar
Cake mix and frosting

Except for turkeys, hams or fresh fruit, please deliver items to Rockwall School of Music (749 Justin Rd. in Rockwall) or to Helping Hands by Wednesday, November 16. Please deliver turkey, hams or fruit by Friday, November 18 at 401 West Rusk, Rockwall.

We absolutely LOVE school of music. My daughter asked to take piano lesson at the age of 5 and this was definitely our perfect match. The teachers and so kind, patient and knowledgeable. They make the music learning process such a fun experience! Also I can’t say enough amazing things about the ladies in the front office. We are greeted every single time with a smile and a friendly wave! They are so lovely and work magic with helping to reschedule lessons. They are a delight to deal with and see!

My daughter has been with Ms. Nene for about 2 months now. She is so patient.... makes learning piano very fun for a 5 year old. I recommend Ms. Nene to any 5+ year old mom! She has been so wonderful. The school itself is great- very clean, high security, and the ladies in the front always know what's going on. I think this is probably one of the best places for kids to learn any instrument. I hear the instructions for the other instruments, while im waiting outside- and I'm always so impressed by the teachers.

The Rockwall School of Music is awesome! I have 3 kids in it with each learning a different instrument. We have worked with numerous teachers including our permanent teacher and other make-up teachers. We have been very pleased with their knowledge of music theory and the instruments themselves. The owners, Russ and Karen, and all of the office team runs the school with professionalism and is well organized. They are great communicators and always seek for improvements. My kids are learning to much!
